Hi everyone!
Hope your all having a wonderful week. God is so good!
I would like to share about the yard sale that I had this past weekend.
Saturday it rained all day so I ended up reorganizing all the yard sale stuff. I went through it and got rid of a few things. I priced the donation I received during the week. It was about 3 hours of fixing the stuff and praying over it. I know God has a plan for each item. I pray that whoever need what I have will connect and be blessed by it.
On Sunday I had a amazing surprise of a family come and help me set up. It was amazing! It literally took just a few mins compared to me doing it alone, for an hour. I was so blessed by them being willing to come by and help me. I had put out a post last week about needing help and they were totally willing to help me. I have a helper this week that is willing but I would like to find more people that would like to volunteer setting up and putting it away with me. The more people, the better. I'm goal for this year would be for me to gather a team of people to help.
If you would like to volunteer with Quest 4 God you can email me at: Quest4God5@gmail.com
Sunday, it was nice and cloudy. No rain! Thank God! I felt lead to set up one canopy with 2 tables. One with my jewelry and another with random stuff. As far as people coming by, it was a lot slower then normal. I had a lot of down time to pray and hand out lemons to the neighbors. We have a lemon tree that is processing more than we can eat lol so I picked them, bagged them and handed them out. Some accepted and some denied them but overall I was able to meet one of the neighbors across from me. I tend to see him sometimes but never really spoke to him or introduced myself. Well, I did that day and he was very friendly. He also accepted the bag of lemons Yay!
I am planning on having a yard sale this weekend. I hope there is no rain in the forecast.
I think even though I didn’t get to pray for a lot of people this past weekend. I did get to pray for the city and people going by. I’m hoping I will get to pray for more people this weekend. I’m definitely looking forward to what God has.
As you can see in the photo I don’t have a whole lot of stuff anymore.
I would like to ask if anyone would like to donate items to Quest 4 God please contact me. I would love to take good quality items off your hands to bless people that are in need and to help fund Quest 4 God ministry.
Love & Blessings,
Janel
