February 9th & 10th

Hi everyone! It's been cold and rainy here in Southern California last few weeks. Even though it has been raining on and off this week, I felt to do a yard sale this past weekend and BOY am I glad I did. The rain wasn't fun at times but it was a beautiful sight to see the big grey and white clouds go by. Doing yard sales is something that I am called to do and I honestly think it just a set up for people to have an encounter with God. I would like to share what happened this weekend. Saturday morning started off raining till about 10am. I already had my mind set on doing the yard sales weather or not the sun was going to be out. I'm so glad that the sun broke through the clouds about midday for the rest of the day. It was cold but it was worthy it. I ministered first to a lady that came with her husband. She had coughed while looking around and it caught my attention. I looked and her and then I hear to pray for her. So when she finished paying for the stuff she bought I told her that I will be praying for her to get better. She looked at me shocked like how do you know I'm sick. I told her God knows and I asked her can I pray for you? She said yes without any hesitation. In spanish I spoke healing over her and blessed her in Jesus name. She was so thankful for the prayer and said to me that she was Christian. I wasn't surprised because of how fast she said yes to prayer. Praise God! A little after that a man came by in his car. He asked me how much something was that he had seen for sale. I told him the price and then he drove closer to see it as I showed him. It was a little firefighter costume with the hat. He was like "oh no thank you it's to small." Then he asked if I took donating. I said yes, gladly. I told him about my ministry and what I was doing out having a yard sale. He said "minister to me". I wasn't honestly expecting that, the way he was so blunt. I said yeah and started praying for him as he was in his car. The Lord spoke over his work situation and wanted to release some things into his life. The man was shocked that I had mentioned his work situation. The Lord encouraged him not to give up and that he was going to shower favor on him. The man ended up donating into the ministry. Praise God! I have a neighbor that lives around the corner from me. From the beginning of me doing yard sales she has been nothing but loving, giving and supportive. She has giving me bags of donations to sell for my ministry. Every time she sees me out there weather rain or shine she stops and buys something. She is such a blessing. She was not feeling good when she stopped by this time and I asked her if I could pray for her. She said yes and I laid my hands on her and prayed healing in Jesus name. I felt the love of the Father over her and she said thank you. It's so beautiful how Papa God designed us to pray for one another. I find it fascinating by having yard sales God can totally reach people's hearts. I prayed for a few more people on Saturday but I really want to tell you about Sunday. Sunday morning it was sprinkling but I had received a time on doing a yard sale at 10am. I was going to start setting up but then it started actually raining. During the rain I sat with all the donated stuff and organized it. I clean a few things, removed old labs and reorganized a few boxes. After about and hour or so it stopped raining. So, I hurried up and put some stuff out. I ended up putting 2 tables out under a canopy. One with my jewelry stuff, the other table had yard sale stuff. I also set up an art easel and clothes hanger rack. Throughout the whole day it was windy, rainy and cold. The first hour not many people stopped by. There was an man that was working on the electric wires(telephone pole) next door from the yard sale. I just felt to pray for him as he was up on the ladder doing his job. About an hour later the electric man that I was praying for came by and checked out what I had for sale. I mentioned to him that I was praying for him as he was doing his job. He said with a big smile Praise The Lord! He really like my jewelry and ended up buying his sister a bracelet for her birthday. Yay, God! After that a man walked by and he looked a little lost. He was holding about 4 bags and was wearing sandals with socks. I said hello to him and he kept walking. I didn't hear anything at that moment but when he walked back up the street The Lord reminded me of the tennie shoes and jacket I had in the yard sale stuff. So I grabbed it and walked up to him and asked him if he would like some shoes and a jacket. He shook his head and I gave it to him. I asked him if he would like prayer for anything and he said yes that he would to be ok. I prayed right there for him and he smiled. Then he went on his way. I never seen this man and I know most of the homeless people that walk around are neighborhood. This man I never seen. It reminded me of the scripture thats in Hebrews 13:2 And show hospitality to strangers, for they may be angels from God showing up as your guests. Weather angel or human begin I hope he finds a nice warm place for shelter from this cold rainy weather. I am so thankful for what God is doing in my life and in the cities of the Inland Empire. I'm looking forward to my next yard sales! Thanks everyone that kept us in prayer we are truly thankful for you. God bless you and your families!
