Blessings~update

Hey wonderful people, here is my blog about the biker event...Check it out!

Blessing of the Bikes! It was put on by:

This event was fun! A little slow on the crowd part but overall it was good. It wasn't as big as I thought it was going to be. I was hoping for more of the riders gf/wife/families but there wasn't very many people. Bummer. It did drizzle off and on throughout the event, which was not ideal for an outdoors event but hey we made it work. I did get to meet a few new people, that's always awesome. I met a young lady that was selling vegan goodies at her booth. She had many different types of vegan goodies, I tried the snickerdoodle cookies and they were amazing! I totally recommend them. You can check out her page @https://www.instagram.com/milyahjanee/ Vegan goodies (if you are into healthy sweets). There was other booths there selling flowers, jewelry and other random things but that was my favorite booth. I really loved that they prayed over each rider and over their bikes. It was so beautiful the way they did that. It honestly only takes one prayer with two or more for Jesus to be in the midst of it. Let me just say that you could feel the presence of God there as they were praying. It took awhile since there was about 15-20 riders. There was a part after they prayed for the riders where they released doves into the air because one of the riders had passed away recently. I've only seen that once in my lifetime but it was at a funeral. I think it's pretty neat how the doves fly in sync with one another and how they find their way back home. I am so glad that there are groups rising up and raising awareness for motorcycle riders. I am sure that there is other ones out there as well. I’ve realized time after time that it's not always about making sales at these events but about being willing to go somewhere with God to bless others. Going to this event was a blessing and I'm sure that we were a blessing to them as well. Plus I was able to get out of the house Lol. In this season of my life I’ve been more of a homebody to be honest. I like it...at times, other times I just wanna run to the hills(Temecula hills to be exact). Don't get me wrong I go for walks and leave the house occasionally but not that often. Okay, well.... I hope my adventures with God encourage you to step out in faith to do what he has called you to do. Even if you don't get something in return. It's always better to be a blessings than to receive a blessing. Love & Blessings, Janel
