What a view!

This was my view from the booths at the Art and Nature Festival. It was so beautiful, weather was great and it wasn't too hot or to windy. Thank you Jesus! As you can see in the picture there was Aztec dancers. They put on a show and invited children to dance with them. I loved the way the feather headpieces look. I would totally wear one but with white feathers. That would be awesome.

This was my first time doing face painting at an event. I was a little nervous but I knew God would give me the ability to do what he has called me to do. I was able to pour love into the little ones. It was amazing to see how children get so excited over face painting. One little girl wanted a heart with sparkles and I felt the Lord's heart for this little girl. I felt like Jesus was pouring his love to her through me. I don't know her situation but Jesus does and he knows what she needed. There was some children there that were sick like runny nose and coughs so I was able to pray for them under my breath as I was painting their face. When I didn't have any facepainting customers I would walk in front of my booth and greet people. Some of them I had conversations with which was nice. I met artist's at the booths beside us, so much talent and creativity was there. I love seeing all the different art work, from fine art to wood craving. While walking around I meant a couple from Holland with a strong accent. They've been here in California for 52 years and I was surprised that they haven't picked up on the California accent yet. Lol They were a lovely couple.

This was my first event putting out my jewelry & air plants. Two completely new things that I'm doing now. I didn't make any sales but I did get a lot of compliments.

Going to this event I knew from the beginning that it wasn't about making money. I went to this event because the Lord had a plan for me to go.I knew it was to be a blessing to the event and to the people. No matter where I go it's all about sharing his love. It doesn't matter if I make sales or not. Going places and traveling by faith is such a blessing to me and others. God is so good. Being willing to go and pray for people and telling them that Jesus loves them is so worth it.

Overall it was a great experience. I had fun with the children and now I have more experience doing a vending event. Thank you to everyone for praying for this event, it truly was a wonderful day.
